All orders in by 10:00 am EST (Mon – Fri) will be shipped same day. Orders after 1:00 am EST (Mon – Fri / next normal business day) will be shipped next day.

Order Processing Time: 1-4 Business Days.
Standard Shipping Delivery Time and Time in Transit: 2-7 business days, depending on the carrier

Shipping is done on a Monday through Friday basis from 9 am to 5 pm EST. If your order is placed on Friday at 6 pm, then your order will not be officially placed until that coming Monday and thus will then ship that following week. All orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or Freight Direct. The shipping method is determined by the warehouse. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Knew2Change,LLC, will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in their original wrapping.To exchange or return an item, please send an email to: customerservice@knew2change, requesting a return form. All necessary information will be supplied on the form.

Be sure to retain a copy of the receipt for your records. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Goods Policy   

We will work with shipping services and insurance claims on damaged and incorrectly-routed shipments. If the product arrives damaged or the wrong product arrives, then you must contact us immediately for further instructions before doing anything else.
